FAQ

Q1: Can I use my UnionPay card?

A: Yes, but only some of shops and stores can accept it. Please ask each shop and store about more information.

Q2: Where can I exchange foreign currency?

A: The foreign exchange ATM is located near the information desk on the 1st floor.

Q3: Are there any staffs who can help customers in foreign language?

A: Yes, we have some staffs who can speak English. Unfortunately, they do not always stay at the Information Desk. We recommend you a multilingual call center service instead.

Q4: Can I use my credit card?

A: Yes. We accept major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, etc. Please ask each shop and store about other cards.

Q5: Are there any strollers to use while shopping?

A: Yes. You need 100 yen to use them. After using, you can get 100 yen back. The strollers are limited. They cannot be reserved in advance.

Q6: Are there any duty-free shops?

A: Yes. Some of shops and stores are duty-free. Please ask them about more information.

Q7: Are there any drugstores?

A: Yes. We have Matsumoto Kiyoshi which is located on the 1st floor.

Q8: Is there any place where we can get on and off motor coaches?

A: You can get on and off at the rotary in front of Bampaku Kinen Koen (Expo’70 Commemorative Park) station. Parking is prohibited.

Q9: Is there UNIQLO in EXPOCITY?

A: Yes. UNIQLO is located on the 2nd floor.
